Qualifications: Ordained minister of 30+ years in the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, minister of 2 congregations. She has spoken at many events within PCI denomination as well as others. She has done the Arrow Leadership Programme & now leads Bible Studies for their other residentials. She has been involved in establishing Counselling Services in Ballynahinch as a result of her involvement with families whose family members (esp. young men) took their own lives.
She has been nominated twice as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church.

Speaking Experience: Large event, Small event, Panel, Facilitated sessions, Workshop/Breakout, Theological training, Member of a board, conferences for leaders, women, youth leaders/ pastors etc as well as weekly in the pulpit

Bio: She is originally from Scotland and started to train for ordained ministry within the Church of Scotland. However she met and married David who was also training for ministry- in the Pres. Church in Ireland – and we came back to NI in 1987. She became Minister of First Pres, Ballynahinch, Co Down in 1993 and was there for nearly 21 years. She has been the minister of FirstBangor since 2013 – one of the largest Presbyterian congregations in Ireland with approx 1,000 members. For the last 5+ years, my husband David has been my Associate Minister. We have 2 sons, 2 daughters in law and a granddaughter with another grandchild on the way!
