Bio: Sharon lives in Northern Ireland, is married to Keith, and they have two sons Joel and Daniel. While developing and rising to positions of leadership within the corporate world, currently working in a Senior Leadership Team in a University, Sharon embraced a co-vocational lifestyle. Over a period of 15 years Sharon successfully ran her own communication school, a space that opened up relationships within her local community this embracing of a work life balance enabling her to be at home during her children’s early years. During this time Sharon began to experiment pioneering new spaces where life and faith could exist, missional spaces around tables, believing that for the release of female leaders in this current time it would require new spaces to be formed outside the traditional structures of the church, a realisation that came from her own leadership journey within the church.

Sharon’s passion grew seeking to create safe spaces others can find a place at the table to journey towards freedom in Christ, as one friend said spaces that hold the ‘glory and gory’ of our lives. Spaces that enable women to find their voice and tell  others the story of Jesus, inspired by John 4. Trained as a Practical Theologian, Sharon has lectured in Pastoral Theology, is skilled in Public Speaking and Preaching. Having worked as a Children’s Pastor, pioneered and lead a house church, Sharon has a deep well of leadership/teaching experience inside the church space and in the corporate world. Sharon is passionate that the next generation of female leaders are mentored and released fully into every space they occupy bring God’s Kingdom to earth as it is in Heaven.
